Client Aims:
This client was building a beautiful home in London, where a wine cellar is a must. Specialist firm quotes were astronomical so as we were on site installing the bedroom, so at their request we quoted for the wine room, collaborating with them and their ideas, resulting in this truly stunning and bespoke space.
The latest technology was used to design, to cut and piece together this complex and beautiful installation which uses a minimal frame to house the wine and allow light to flow through the shelves, instead of full boxes, which would have been heavy and dark.
Chris and Debbie had moodboards, colour charts and lots of ideas which we translated into something that was unique to them. We are really proud of this room, it taught us new techniques and methods and now we fit quite a few of this type of storage from full rooms to just under stairs where it’s a perfect spot.
We love it – the quality speaks for itself and Deane really ‘got’ our ideas and turned them into something like a work of art! The cost was within budget and the installation quality is exceptional – it was well worth using this smaller more flexible company instead of the larger specialists.
