Our Park Gate Studio At our showroom in Park Gate we have a stunning display of fitted bedroom furniture and sliding wardrobes . All of our colour options and patterns can be displayed for you to mix and fine tune, all 29 colours and 28 patterns.
With our professionally trained staff on hand to offer advise and support we can draft a design for your room in store, offering a unique layout suited to your space.
Our Interactive Sliding Wardrobe Wizard allows all of our customers to mix and match textures and colours on screen and creates your unique design based on the sliding wardrobe ranges available.
We are always available to provide advice on any unusual areas or simply reinforce the design requirements you intend to implement. Simply provide a brief draft including sizes of the room and restrictions you may have and we can provide you with a design and a price in store whilst you view the colour options available. Our in store service is second to none and we aim to provide any visitors with the help and support they require when designing their new fully fitted bedroom.
Our Design Visit
We have 2 professional designers available for home visits that both have an unrivalled level of experience and enthusiasm for design. Once you visit us in store we can book an appointment suited around your requirements and lifestyle with both designers available up to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Each design visit generally takes around 30 – 45 minutes and incorporates a run through of requirements as well as an accurate assessment of the available space. We use electrical measuring tools to ensure the exact measurements of the room are documented as well as recording the position of all electrical points and potential hazards, enabling our designers to create a storage solution that slots effortlessly into your bedroom.
Whilst on site we ensure the quotation provided in store matches with the sizes and shape of your room and offer suggestions and advice on potential improvements to the design and cost. Our design visits ensure that all of our customers receive a professional service, while guaranteeing that the wardrobes chosen fit exactly into the area intended. We understand that a design visit may cause a level of inconvenience, for this reason we take a short amount of time to provide an accurate quotation coupled with an explanation of all the wardrobe elements. This ensures our visit is as pain free as possible.
Our CAD Design Service
Once we have visited your home, we have all the elements of your room plan, as well as the desired bedroom design. This allows us generate a portfolio of plans and images which present the exact location of the wardrobes in the virtual constraints of your room. This aids all our customers with a visual representation of exactly how the design will look and how the wardrobes compliment your current room layout. This allows all of our customers the ability to change any aspect of the design, sizes and colour options before any order is made. Your personal designer will amend any changes you wish until the design is perfectly suited for your requirements and taste.
Our Installation Service
Deane Interior Solutions Ltd employs 4 full-time wardrobe installers, all of which have over 20 years experience in the industry. To maintain the highest level of service as well as quality of finish we do not sub contract any work to any persons other than our team of installers. This guarantees the highest standards are maintained when installing your dream fitted bedroom.
Depending on the complexity of your design or the nature of the layout, our installation team can complete a standard sliding wardrobe within one working day. Should your design incorporate more than a one day of fitting, Deane Interior Solutions Ltd guarantee that the same installer is used throughout the build, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided.
Our installation team follow the same set of values as all of our staff and their enthusiasm to fulfil the best possible finish is second to none. You can be rest assured that your fitted bedroom will be built to the exact specification required and completed on time with the smallest amount of inconvenience possible.
Our After Sales Service
The Deane Interior Solutions service does not finish once your fitted bedroom has been completed. We also provide a 5 year guarantee on all elements of the bedroom - including the workmanship, product standards as well as any problems that arise. Should there be a problem with any aspect of your fitted bedroom we will endeavour to fulfil any request with the least amount of inconvenience caused. Our team of trained production staff are always able to answer any queries that may arise and provide help and support with any questions that you may have. Our guarantee extends to all of the products we install however it does not cover any misuse or breakages. However these areas can quickly and easily be rectified should these instances occur.
